Sourdough Pizza is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast. (no added yeast!) Has a Hamoitzei dough with a choice of American or Italian sauce, topped with a blend of Mozzarella, and Muenster cheese. The Brocha for this pizza is Hamotzei.
